FENG SHUI HOME CONSULTATION

Feng Shui brings the behind the scenes positive energies into your home, renovation or addition. Your home mirrors you and a Feng Shui consultation is a great way to take a closer look at enhancing your space to match what you are feeling in your heart.

A Feng Shui home consultation is recommended when:

Roberta Binder's consultation will include site analysis, review and customized Action Plan, a portfolio that is clear, objective and supports your Intentions and gives you a greater understanding of nurturing your home. When you complete the recommended enhancements, you and your family will feel a greater sense of well-being and you will become a more cohesive unit.

Preparation for a Feng Shui Home Consultation
In order to prepare for a Feng Shui consultation you must have a clear Intention, open mind and heart, and be willing to follow through with the recommended enhancements. Feng Shui is successful when its process incorporates the collaborative effort of client Intentions and consultant recommendations. When the client and consultant process is complete, Feng Shui brings Balance and Peace to surroundings and enhances the flow of chi throughout the home.

Step Three: Confirm date for onsite visit.

Onsite Visit:
An onsite visit lasts from two to three hours, depending on the size of the assignment. It includes discussing Roberta's findings from analyzing the information packet and onsite conversation. It is helpful to have all adults that the consultation involves present at this time.

		The concept of the bagua (eight areas) will be introduced and insight as to how this applies to the home will be discussed. Once this conversation is complete, we will walk through every room in the house. During this walkthrough the client and Roberta will discuss apparent issues and the client is recommended to take notes of immediate action items. Roberta often walks the outside, especially if she has picked up any potential energy issues on the site. She will want to confirm those readings.

A customized Action Plan will be delivered on the second visit. An Action Plan is a customized portfolio for the needs of the individual client and requires at least eight hours of office time for drawings, text and supporting information and resources. It includes the materials listed as they apply to the particular needs of the site

• summary of family dynamics from worksheets and initial consultation. This is an extremely helpful tool as it mirrors what has been set as the Intention,
• practical solutions and recommended enhancements to your property and a more in-depth discussion of each individual room,
• bagua layout for all levels of the home and property (an option is adding individual room bagua layouts for all rooms or key rooms),
• recommendations for determining the proper placement of furniture, artwork, accessories, plants and/or symbols to enhance the chi of space and bringing the four elements into balance,
• exploring the most powerful directions for all members of the family,
• color palette recommendation to calm or enliven the environment,
• supporting resourcing for recommendations and enhancements,
• additional applicable materials as appropriate,
• reviewing the report materials (about one hour onsite meeting).
