Preparing
for the Space Clearing Ceremony
- Setting the Intention. Once the decision has
been made to conduct a ceremony the reason for
the event plays a crucial roll in how the ceremony
will proceed and the most auspicious date for
scheduling (This might be a good time to set
a regular professional Space Clearing schedule
to promote optimum chi health for your workspace.
- Selecting the appropriate time, full moon
and new moon are the most auspicious dates depending
on the Intention of the clearing. However, a
Space Clearing can be successfully conducted
at any time of the month and/or year. Often
the most auspicious date presents itself through
the Intention. The ceremony will run a minimum
of two hours and for larger spaces up to three
or more.

Analysis and Review:
Once you have scheduled a Space Clearing ceremony, Roberta
will schedule a date to visit the site. This meeting has
a twofold purpose. First and foremost it is where the
Intention for the clearing will be discussed and set.
We will clearly identify the decision to do the ceremony
and Roberta will gain the insight she needs to select
the most appropriate tools.
We will then do a site walkthrough. This
will enable her to become familiar with the physical
space. At this time she will gain a clear picture of
the additional ceremony tools she will need. This site
visit usually takes 30 minutes to a maximum of one hour.
Space Clearing Ceremony:
For the Space Clearing ceremony we will schedule two to
three hours, depending on the size of the assignment.
It is recommended that the clearing be scheduled after
business hours and preferably when there will be the most
time with no one onsite. This gives the space time to
settle into the new energy paradigm.
A Workplace Space Clearing Ceremony can
be done when the owners do not participate, but it seems
to have more meaning when at least one representative
of the business is present to have an active part in
the process.
